Ryvalmedia is a fast-growing independent media agency, combining data, technology and digital expertise to help brands grow.
When Ryvalmedia established its Brisbane presence, the challenge was about much more than building a team. The business needed to build on its strong local foundations, establish Ryvalmedia as a destination for Brisbane’s best media talent and bring together the people needed to support its next phase of growth.
That’s where our partnership began.

What we did
Building a high-performing agency team is about much more than filling vacancies. It’s about understanding the business, knowing the market and finding people who fit the culture, ambition and direction of where the business is going.
We partnered closely with Ryvalmedia’s senior leadership team to help shape its talent strategy and build the Brisbane operation.
From Digital Managers and Account Directors through to Digital Directors, Business Directors and senior leadership, we’ve helped find and attract the people needed to build and grow the team.
But our role has extended well beyond individual appointments.
We’ve become an extension of the senior leadership team, sharing market insight, advising on workforce planning and employer brand, and connecting Ryvalmedia with the networks and talent needed to build a high-performing Brisbane business.
We’ve also helped Ryvalmedia navigate a competitive talent market, sharing a clear view of who’s out there, what motivates them and what it takes to attract the right people to an ambitious independent agency.
As Ryvalmedia has evolved, so has our partnership. We’ve continued to support the business as it’s grown, helping bring in senior talent to shape what comes next.
The outcome
The result is a Brisbane team that has grown significantly and become an important part of the wider Ryvalmedia business.
Many of the people we’ve introduced have gone on to become senior leaders, taking on greater responsibility and playing an important role in the continued success and growth of the Brisbane operation.
And the relationship has grown with it.
We’ve also supported sister agency Foxcatcher as it has expanded its Brisbane presence, helping build the specialist team behind its growth in Queensland.
