Biza is building the infrastructure behind Australia’s Consumer Data Right (CDR) - working across fintech, banking, energy and beyond.
It’s a complex, highly regulated space. And one that’s moving quickly.
As the market expands (currently across non-bank lenders), Biza is scaling to meet demand - onboarding new customers, integrating systems, and building the capability to support it.
What we did
We partnered with Biza as an embedded extension of their team - bringing full transparency, weekly cadence, and a shared focus on getting things right early.
This wasn’t about filling one or two roles.
Biza needed to scale across multiple parts of the business, with people who could operate in a startup while working closely with enterprise customers. On top of that, many roles required experience across CDR (or adjacent), integrations, and regulated environments - a small and competitive talent pool.
Working closely with the founders, we kept things tight. Weekly check-ins. Real-time feedback on profiles. Refining the brief as we learned more. Adjusting the search as the business evolved.
We also took Biza to market - building awareness and making sure the right people understood both the opportunity and what they were building.
The outcome
In under 12 months (as of April ‘26), we’ve been Biza’s exclusive scale-up partner.
We’ve supported hiring across leadership, engineering, infrastructure, customer success and commercial - including a Director of Product & Engineering, Director of Customer Success, Director of Growth, and multiple senior hires across engineering, SRE and customer success.
More importantly, we’ve helped Biza build the foundations to scale as they move through key CDR onboarding and integration phases.
