Dan is unlike any recruiter I have worked with. He recruited me to a role and was willing to spend the time and energy to make sure I had all of the information I needed. I never felt rushed or pressured. Once in that role, Dan helped me to recruit several people for my team, once again he spent the time and energy to make sure I was getting what I wanted in terms of potential candidates.
